Building a platform for musical storytelling

ArtSwara set out to create a dedicated space for conversations around the musical industry, with the ambition to grow its presence in Indonesia closer to ecosystems like the West End and Broadway. The challenge was to build a format that could sustain interest while bringing depth and credibility to the subject.

The approach focused on developing a podcast as a long-form content platform. Through structured episodes, the series brought together professionals across the industry, from actors and directors to stage managers, creating a space for shared knowledge and perspective. The format allowed each conversation to explore the craft behind musical production in a way that felt both accessible and insightful.

The result was a growing channel with more than 20 episodes in its first season, now continuing into its next phase. More than a content series, Encore established a foundation for ongoing dialogue, contributing to the development and visibility of the musical industry in Indonesia.
